2025 SUMMER RALLY IN THE BLACK HILLS

CAN BE PAID ONLINE OR WITH A PAPER CHECK.

Each extra adult guest in your coach.........................................................................................$225
Children ages 6-14 years......(children under the age of 6 are FREE)................................................$200
Note: Guests are allowed to attend one rally at the member rate. If they attend subsequent rallies as a guest,
there is a $50 per coach additional fee for each of those subsequent rallies.
Please note that the following Rally Policy has been approved by the CCFI Board of Directors:
Site assignments will only be made when the registrant has paid in full.
Payment for the rally registration must be made no later than 30 days prior to the start of the rally. Failure to pay in full by that time
will result in cancellation of the registration for that party.
Cancellation of a registration before 30 days prior to the start of a rally will result in a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation of a registration within 30 days of the start of a rally will result in a refund only to the extent that funds
have not been committed for rally expenses.
